zAbout Eric

A passionate visionary at heart, I started my own business around the age of fourteen doing design and consulting. After spending over 15 years working with small business owners and organizations in a wide variety of fields, I felt God’s calling to ministry and began to transition my work in order to also come alongside church pastors, staff, and executives, serve in visionary leadership roles within the church, help train future leaders, and instill in others the depth of relationship and love that I have found in Christ.

With a deep heart and a strong passion, I take great joy in all that I do. I love helping bring new vision to businesses, churches, and organizations and also love encouraging and assisting both current and future leaders. In the church setting, my mission is innovating, inspiring, and promoting passionate Christian leadership and communicating the values of hope, belonging, and passionate purpose to the unchurched.

I am happily married to my wife, Sally, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Awakenings Counseling in Algonqunin, IL. My wife and I attend Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, IL where we are actively involved. After spending five years as the webmaster working in the Marketing and Communications Department at Judson University, I left my position there to transition back into full-time freelance work. In my spare time, I enjoy birding, photography, and exploring out in nature with my wife.

Whether you simply follow my posts online or came here looking for consulting or design work, I look forward to getting to know you.
